Designed an intuitive solution to help non-English-speaking health care workers access clear and personalized benefit information with an NFC-enabled card.

Melody Benefits is a company that provides benefit cards for health care workers. However, many of their users struggled to understand the benefits due to language barriers, leading to hundreds of daily inquiries and creating a significant burden on customer support.
To address this, we developed an NFC-enabled card that comes with the benefit card. By simply tapping their phone to the NFC card, users are directed to a beautifully designed, user-friendly webpage. The experience begins with a language selection feature, allowing users to choose their preferred language, followed by clear step-by-step instructions tailored to their needs.
This solution drastically reduced confusion and support calls, while empowering workers with the information they needed in an accessible and straightforward way.
